- This Dealer Best Practice intends to inform dealers of a proposed settlement (â??Settlementâ??) for a class action lawsuit filed against Hyundai Motor America (â??HMAâ??). Beginning in July 2020, customers affected by the proposed settlement will begin becoming informed of the settlement by mailed notice and email, and they may direct questions to dealers.
