I understand there are issues, however, waiting for over 70 days with no ETA on when this will be fixed is unacceptable. From the time I called to have the car towed, it was a perfect zero dealing with Corp. The dealer did not have a loaner available on 4/15/22. I asked Corp for a loner, then it took 10 days for them to tell me that they would allow $50 per day excluding taxes (really, where can you rent a SUV for $50/day and where do you not pay taxes?).

Island Hyundai service was a pleasure to deal with, they update me weekly. Two weeks ago, the dealer provided a loaner SUV.

Santa Fe Ultimate 2.5L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 2,560 miles

It failed at 3000kms and then it failed again at 4100kms. I have been without this car for over a month. They gave me a loaner but the loaner didn't match the car I have. I was given a significantly smaller car with very few features to drive. This is a major failure on a new car, I should have been given a new car.

Santa Fe Ultimate 2.5L

Since the car was brand new with only 3000Km's, I think they should have given me a new car.
