I came and parked my sonata in my parking stall. The indicator next to my speedometer read "Shift to Park". I then drove the car back and forth from Drive to Reverse, and put the car in Park. Again this time I moved the shifter into Park harder. Same indication came up AGAIN. I moved the shifter in and out of Park for 15 mins., nothing changed on the indicator. The engine was off and parked BUT, the car battery would not shut off with the same indication!! I applied the parking brake and the indicator and battery light turned off FINALLY.
