I bought a new Hyundai Tucson from an official Hyundai dealer in November 2015. After driving the vehicle for a few times I noticed a problem and since the problem persisted, I took the vehicle to the Hyundai dealer where I bought it from and reported about the problem I was having with the vehicle. The employees inspected the vehicle and showed me that the clutch is leaking the brake fluid and told me that this is a manufacturing defect and they will have to replace the clutch. I took the car to the Hyundai dealer on 28th of December last year and currently, 5 weeks later, the spare part has not arrived nor do I have a date when this will happen since I was told that the part was ordered but it is does not depend on the dealer when it will arrive. Today the dealer even told me that they don't know what to think about this issue and that Hyundai is the only responsible. I wrote a complaint to Hyundai Europe and Hyundai Korea but have not received any reply since one week. During this time I have not been able to use my newly purchased car nor was I offered a replacement car, being told by the dealer they don't have one to offer me. I don't know what else to do. Please think twice before buying Hyundai! I will for sure never buy a Korean vehicle again.
