Hi Whoever
I went to the dealership and told them oil was leaking into my engine causing my oil to drop. They did a code on the vehicle and found that the catalytic converter was causing the problem. This was back in the First week of May 2023. This cost me over 4000.00 dollars.
I call Hyundai Canada and they were no help at all. The car was just under 5 yrs old and had 196000kms on the vehicle. They did not care as it did not cover any recalls.
Now again the oil was almost dry and I had to put 2.5 liters of oil. I talk to my mechanic and he said to let the dealership know what is happening because the engine will cause other problems. So I called and told him that I should not be paying for something that is not my fault. Somehow there is oil leaking in the engine. They did not care just said if you come in you have to pay for it. I am a pensioner and don't have all kinds of money. When my mechanic check the vehicle it only had 2 liters left in the vehicle. So the vehicle is using .5 in less than two weeks. I am going to call Hyundai Canada today.
