Window on passenger side went down would not go back, had to get fix right away do to rain coming that day. Went to HOLDEN DODGE DOVER, DE. THEY CHARGED ME $98.00 TO TELL ME WINDOW MOTOR PROBLEM! DA! Had to leave my Jeep cause parts they could not get until next day. Find a way home do to shuttle services not offer to me, BUT THEY HAVE THE SHUTTLE SERVICE!
I found ride next day to pick up my Jeep to be told the window switch needed to be repaired also.THEN TO BE BILLED A TOTAL $424.00 AND PARTS WERE ONLY $81.00 OF THAT! SO FOR 1 WINDOW MOTOR REPAIR IN JEEP COMPASS IS EXPENSIVE TO HAVE DONE AT A JEEP DEALERSHIP. BEING LAID OFF WITH NO JOB,AND STILL MAKING CAR PAYMENT. FOR PARTS TO BREAK AND NOT BE COVERED, WOULD THINK IT WOULD BE SINCE THE JEEP IS NOT OLD BY FAR!
MOTOR COMPANIES IN THE USA ARE A BIG FAT JOKE! NO GOOD PARTS ,NO GOOD SERVICE, CHRYSLER, JEEP SHOULD BE RELIABLE TO HONEST CUSTOMER IN THE USA!
