The contact owns a 2014 Jeep Compass. The contact stated that the "circuit low" warning indicator flashed pertaining to the torque converter. The contact stated that the vehicle failed to accelerate and failed to change over from park into drive several times. It was diagnosed by an independent mechanic that the transmission needed to be rebuilt. Clinton auto group (2850 valley West drive, ste a, clinton, ia 52732, (888) 373-1135) was contacted and was unable to schedule an appointment until July 30, 2019. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified. The approximate failure mileage was 58,416.
