In snowy weather the ice and snow build up in the wheel well is so significant that it rubs against the tires- this snow should fall off, not freeze onto the tires- I had to put hot water on it to get it to budge. Cannot drive the car without chiseling the ice and snow from the wheel well. Layers of snow and ice are completely frozen to the tires. This car cannot be parked in a garage so it freezes at night, making the problem even worse.
