CarComplaints.com Notes: The 2014 (and 2015) Jeep Grand Cherokee have a serious defect trend of transmission complaints. Most of the complaints are for rough shifting — things like jerking & hesitation when shifting gears.
Very embarrassing - at a fast food drive thru - brand new Jeep and my windows are frozen shut so I had to open the door - WTH?? You can see when it rains the smears once you roll them down and up - so that makes it hard to see sometimes too. I need to take it in for service to see what they can do - if anything.
