From the day of purchase my spouse and I found constant problems with the Renegade. They were all reported and we were told these problems were actually special "features of the car's manufacturing process". The claim is ridiculous as most of my complaints are worth mentioning.
This issue is just plain annoying. Every time the engine is turned off every electrical device was off too. This is okay until you realize that just to play the radio (or even the use of the cigarette lighter port) meant the entire electrical system had to be active (including headlights). Why can't I just activate the ACC switch and use a single device like every other car on the road? I don't need headlights while waiting with the radio on. This is not what I call a "feature" - it is broken!
