As of today, I was driving to work and the steering wheel, when I turn it, makes a clicking sound and it looks like there is tape coming out of the steering column. The light has come on for the airbag and I am not sure what to do with it at this point. I have never been in an accident with it and it has never had any problems in the four years I have owned it. Everyone keeps telling me it is the clock spring and that is an $800 fix. If there is a defect, why am I the one that has to fix it?
