The contact owns a 2010 Jeep Wrangler. The contact stated that after inspecting the vehicle, it was discovered that the exhaust system and all the shocks were rusted and corroded. The vehicle was taken to the dealer who diagnosed that the exhaust system and all the shocks needed to be replaced. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The VIN was not available.
