Front windshield washer does not work. The wipers work fine on the front and rear. The washer fluid works as expected on the rear window. When trying to wash the front windshield the pump will not turn on to feed the washer fluid through the spray nozzle. I replaced the pump...still did not fix the issue. Checked the hoses and connection points...no holes, cracks, leaks, or clogs. I'e wasted about 3 gallons of washer fluid trying to fix the issue.

Solution to the problem is to replace the TIPM.
