I have a 2011 Jeep Wrangler Sport Soft Top. The heater just quit working with no warning. It was working fine. Then it just quit sending heat. Blower is fine and the temp gauge is at the normal level. AC still works.

I had problems heat loss with my jeep 32,0000 , took it to the dealer they flushed the engine. that did not work they found a leak in the radiator replaced i.t replaced the heater core, lost heat again at 45000 miles had to fight with dealer to get partial warranty and they replaced the heater core again. 10 miles from the dealer apparently they cracked the aluminum lines and I was leaking coolant and it had to go back, now at 63000 miles I lost heat again. I took my jeep to my mechanic discovered a leak in radiator. replaced it did a pressure and discovered a head gasket leak when they took the engine apart they called me that it was a waste of time the engine won't last if it was put back together he thinks my problem has been a leaking head gasket the hole time it will cause vacuum blocks on heater lines. We called the dealer told them they said bring it there and they would replace the engine we told them the engine was apart they said box up all the parts and bring it to them. The next day they call and leave a message they went to bring it in the shop but it won't start, I called them back and told them did you look under the #//#%+×$ hood there's half an engine, now they want me to pay them to put it back together so they can diagnose it. The pistons are showing there is up to a 1/4 inch up of burnt black oil and antifreeze on every piston, the spark plugs have up to 1/4 inch of gray build up on them from burnt antifreeze. Looking at the condition of every thing I don't know how it wasn't missing or running at all. All of the water ports are full of gold block seal l believe they knew the problem and rigged it, and now nothing is covered. I have been calling Chrysler for 3 days and they keep saying someone will call us back but not happening. This is not my first jeep I said I will always have a jeep not any more, I am most mad because I just bought my wife a new dodge and Chrysler can't even talk to you. I always pride myself to by American car but there over priced or selling crap and blame you. I have lots of photos but they wouldn't down load. Now I have nothing to drive and allot of payments left
