When you turn on the heater/defroster, the system will usually emit a whistling noise. I have had the vehicle two (2) winters now. During the first winter the noise was not that loud. This last winter the noise increased in volumn and is really quite annoying. I asked several service writers at my dealer if anyone else has ever reported this problem. I got three (3) different answers from no one has ever reported it to yeah I've heard of it and you have to pull the whole dash to fix it to I think there is a technical service bulletin (TSB) on it. I could not find a TSB for it. I am sure that Jeep is aware of this problem and would like to know what is the fix before I let some dealer remove my whole dash in an attempt to fix it.
