The contact owns a 2012 Jeep Wrangler. While driving approximately 55 mph, the front end of the vehicle vibrated and shook severely. The contact lost control of the vehicle, but managed to avoid a crash. The failure occurred on multiple occasions and at various speeds over 45 mph. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified. The failure mileage was 38,000. Updated 10/22/2014

Inspection by service provider revealed shearing of factory welds on right front stabilizer bar. Required replacement of front axle, steering damper and right stabilizer bar. Vehicle is used for passenger travel only on streets/highways, no off road use. No prior accidents.
