I just purchased a new 2019 Jeep Wrangler Sahara that has a dangerous loose steering problem. I have to hold the steering wheel and correct the steering continuously to the right and left to keep the car on the proper lane. I have talked to the dealer and the service center about this problem, and they are pushing me away and acting as if this is a normal thing. Many Jeep owners that I have talked to have the same complaints. This seems more like a defect. The manufacturer/dealers seem to treat it a normal feature of a Jeep. This is certainly not a “Jeep thingâ€. Jeep seems to be distancing itself from this problem until something serious happens. FYI - this is called negligence in a court of law if not addressed. This is a major safety hazard that needs to be corrected before people get hurt.
If you want to know how worldwide spread this steering problem is just go online and watch the videos and articles Jeep owners have posted. It is a shame that such a beautiful car has this major flaw.
