Okay, so I purchased my 2015 Kia Cadenza a little more than 18 months ago. I've been very meticulous when it comes to maintaining it as I paid a good amount of money for it which I thought at the time it was a good investment, so naturally I'd be smart to be good to it. I ran through everything I possibly could in making sure it didn't lack a thing and of course the maintenance was performed by myself, as I'm far more than qualified and certainly capable. I even did things it didn't need so I could feel better knowing it hadn't been neglected. I only used mobile one or wix filters with penzoil full synthetic oil at 5k mile intervals at most.

The car ran flawlessly other than the worrying startup rattle that everyone is told was normal. I'm sorry but any vehicle that makes that type of noise no matter for how long or when; something has got to be wearing during the time the noise is being made. It's simply a fact, but in Kia's world, things that are completely logical and factual are completely denied every step of the way to the point that it ends up somehow being our fault or something we did or didn't do. They've gotten so comfortable responding to each and every complaint with lies and stories that would only happen to them all while denying the very people that helped build their company to what it is today. They do as they want and avoid any form of accountability, like they think it's some sort of joke to put people out of thousands of dollars in which they don't have...

We drive Kias remember? We were sold on the idea and promise of value which we never received. They know exactly what the problem is but we'll never hear that. We're expected to fix their mistake by repairing it or go without. It makes me sick to think they keep running things and doing absolutely nothing unless they're ordered to do so. And it's even worse that they're allowed to just do as they please. They already ripped us off more than any other car company could but that's still not enough.
