I have a 2010 Forte Koup with a factory installed spoiler. The rear brake light lens broke away from it's mount and I'm under the opinion that excessive changes in temperature caused the problem.
Kia Service in my area have been less than sympathetic to my problem and I've gotten nowhere with customer service as of yet.
The local service manager said it wasn't under warranty because I attempted to fix the problem, which I did only after I was brushed off by one of the workers who told me it didn't leave the lot in this condition.
I bought the KIA with the impression the vehicle was warranted from defect from the salesman, what I've recieved since this issue has surfaced is the runaround.
