the belt was shredded and melted all over the engine and under the hood. The oil that was leaking im sure helped. im waiting to hear from them. the roadsied service took over 3 hours to pick me up and deliver us to dealership. after making several phone calls and complaints. I HAD A SO CALLED LOANER WAITING. nOT OF EQUAL VALUE!!!!! we will see what they have to say.
