The dealership, Gateway Kia of Warrington, Pa. is the worst dealership I have ever encountered. They baited and switched cars on me.They brought the car to me at night without me driving it first. When I tried to return it the next morning, they told me that I could not return it. They said too bad, you are out of luck, you signed the papers. I have talked to KIA corp, and they keep giving me the run around for the last year. I had the weather stripping replaced around the driver's side door replaced after 6 months of arguing with the dealership.

Then 3 months later they replaced the rear door driver's side weatherstripping. It still hasn't fixed the issue. I have tried all different ways to get this entire situation resolved. I talked to a lawyer but they told me it would have to fall under a lemon law issue to get resolved. The problem was also sitting on their back lot for 8 months before they brought it to me. At first, in October, the heater had a problem and would not turn on, they had no problem fixing this for me, then the next month, the radio would not turn on, so they fixed that for me.

Then 4 months after I bought the car, the inspection was due. So I was charged for that! If you buy a Kia, I would seriously not use GATEWAY of Warrington. Take my word on this matter, since last year when I bought this vehicle, I have talked to about fifty people who have had bad experiences with this dealership. They need to be put out of business! I am not about to let this pass without some satisfaction on this matter. I still have an open case with the regional manager of KIA. Hopefully everyone out there reads my story and heeds my advise. I wish I had done more research before I dealt with the Devil in Warrington.I never heard of a dealership not taking their own car back the very next morning, unless they knew they had found a sucker!
