I have complained to Gossett Kia that my car jerks and I smell a burning oil smell coming from the engine. I take my car faithfully to the the dealership only for all oil changes, tuned ups and check ups. They’ve always told me that nothing was wrong with my car. I started smelling this burning oil from the engine when I turn my car off and I demanded they check the issue. I was told after leaving my car for 3 days to be diagnosed that my car has a gas leak. I paid $1000 and 3 months later I still smell the engine and the car is doing the same. Needless, to say I don’t feel comfortable that the issue was fixed and will have to find another dealership to fix the problem. But with all these issues Kia is having with all their vehicles, from the engines are bad, easily to be stolen, and now reported gas leaks, a class action lawsuit should be started to protect consumers. It’s too much. The cars aren’t holding up any longer.
