When the weather is cold, the heater is working properly except for the air coming on the feet of the front passenger. It's freezing and anything in the glove compartment freezes too. There is a huge difference in temperature between the driver side and the passenger side. I used two thermometers to get a better idea of that difference; I measured as much as 30 degrees C (54 degrees F).
I brought the car twice at the dealer. After a few hours of work, they did not succeed to fix it. I have called Kia Canada; they talked to the dealer service department and they told me that it was normal.
When the weather is under -10 C (we had many of those this winter), nobody wants to stay in that right front seat, it's too cold.
