I have kept my vehicle current with all Kia factory recalls; I have had regular servicing on the vehicle and regular oil changes, all with receipts. For the last two years at least, my car has regularly used between 1 - 2 litres of oil every month. I now have a note to check my oil on the 1st of every month to top up. It appears that this is a wide spread problem with Kia and Hyundai engines.
