I'm not satisfied with the paint on the body of my car that I purchased in 2004. Months after buying I noticed paint chipping in the interior of my car and the sales rep. only offered me touch up paint, like I knew what to do with it. Then my door handles began to fade quickly on the inside and outside. The driver side door handle was chipping and was even cutting my hands when I gripped it to open my door. I had to wrap it in tape to keep from cutting myself.
The top of my SUV is faded like an old car as though I never kept my car cleaned at all. My hood is fading as well, I never thought my car would look this bad. I should have known something was wrong when I bought this car because it was not out where you could see it. It was sitting up somewhere way in back of dealership full of dust and dirt. They gave the car a good wash to make it look presentable when they brought it out to me, which was about 8-9:00 at night.
The parts underneath my car right under the bumper are so rusty that my car squeaks when going over humps in the road and there is no way the car parts can be greased, I checked it out already. So my car look and sounds old. I took good care of my car and I never ever thought this was the way it would end up looking and soundings.
This has really taught me a lesson about buying a car late at night and not knowing how long the car has been sitting waiting to be purchased by a person who knows nothing about buying a new car.
