My car has been stalling when I stop. When I restart the car it runs sluggishly and the tachometer needle is not operating. I pull over shut off the car, restart it and the tach comes back on. When I get to an intersection or light when I start to take off again the car is very sluggish and it actually shakes and the tach is off again. In order to get the car to run properly I have to repeat the whole process. This is a very dangerous situation as it could happen at any time, pulling out onto the highway making a left turn etc.

Update from Mar 5, 2021: We brought the Kia Soul to our local dealership. They could not replicate the issue unfortunately.They checked to see if there were any recalls or lights on the dash to signify an issue. They suggested to perform a Fast Fuel System cleaning for parts and labor of 99.95 and we agreed to try it. Time will tell and hopefully no accident occurs.

Update from Mar 30, 2021: 3/30/21 Car is still having issues! Some days it's good other days the issue happens 2-3 times a day.
