The paint on my 2013 Kia Soul has already began to fade and chip a couple years ago at only approx 47000 miles. First the side view mirrors began peeling, then the top of hood in the middle began fading, then the top beam above the windshield, then the side I-beams on each side of the windshield began to become dull and fade. I've had multiple cars for much longer and they never had these paint issues.
A NEW car bought in 2013 should not have peeling and fading paint only 4 years later. I live in Southern California and we do not have any "severe" weather that could potentially cause this. I wash my car by hand and wax with McGuires just as I have every other car I've had and this is first car to look this bad. Kia needs to address this issue and not hide behind the "not under warranty" line of crap. I should not have to pay $$$ to re-paint my car that now only has 66000 miles on it. I will upload photos to this post soon to show the extent of the damage.
