6 weeks after I bought the car, I noticed that there were holes in the windshield water container and I took it to where I bought it to be serviced... They examined it and said that rats damaged the wires. They said it would take 5 days to fix it. The insurance was notified and OK'd the work. But I was told by the insurance people that it would take up until the 20th.
Now I'm told that rats made nests and they don't know how to find the rats and will not be able to fix the car until sometime in February to fix all the damage the rats made. So there will be more cost and they cannot reassure that they got rid of the rats who may still be living in the car. They are telling me that they would have to take the car completely apart. According to them, I was maybe taking some rats home with me so the same thing can happen again and again. I tried to see if they would give me another car with no rats in it. So far they have not yet contacted me...
