"PITSTOP: CHECKING FOR BATTERY STATE OF HEALTH (SOH) AFTER RANGE PERFORMANCE COMPLAINTS - WHEN ENCOUNTERING CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS RELATED TO LOWER THAN EXPECTED RANGE PERFORMANCE FROM THE VEHICLE, CHECK AND RECORD THE BATTERY STATE OF HEALTH (SOH) UNDER THE BMS > CURRENT DATA SCREEN (SEE BELOW), USING GDS/KDS. THIS DATA WILL NEED TO BE SUPPLIED WHEN OPENING A TECHLINE CASE. IN ADDITION, INCLUDE INFORMATION ON THE CUSTOMERÂ’S DRIVING PATTERNS, FOR EXAMPLE: CITY VS HIGHWAY DRIVING, AVERAGE DRIVING SPEED AND AVERAGE DISTANCE TRAVELED PER KEY CYCLE. "
