My car has been at the Kia Dealership since Jan. 2, 2026 the 2nd go-round.
-1st, the 12-volt battery was replaced in Dec. 2025, which I had to pay for. I took it back in as I was having the same issues. When I came to a stop, the rear end jumped and it stalled plus it would only let me drive so fast.
-2nd, the EV battery gets replaced. Kia Dealership paid for it.
More issues.
-3rd, today, Jan. 31, 2026
they said that the TSB- ELE-310 which involves replacing the battery management assembly. This component is different from the EV battery that was replaced. WHAT IS THIS??
They "agreed" as a courtesy to pay half of the repair cost
2017 Kia Soul EV with 30,400 miles on it. I bought it used 5 years ago total, $15,900. and I have only put on 15,000 miles.
