Takata recall. I have taken my vehicle in for an airbag replacement due to notification of recall on jen 16, 2017 and was told the remedy is not yet available. It is now roughly 8 months later and they still do not have a remedy ready for my vehicle. This is beyond unacceptable as they identify risk to passengers in the vehicle in the event of deployment. Each time I contact the dealer they simply state there is not remedy available at this point and just wait longer. My compliant is that this is well beyond a reasonable amount of time to make a customer wait for a defective product repair.

Tamara recall. Our vehicle was recalled 15 months ago but Lexus carlsbad (ca) still has done nothing to replace the airbag.
