The contact owns a 2016 Lincoln MKX. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds with her seat belt fastened, the front driver-€™s side seat belt loosened upon movement in the seat, without warning. The contact also stated that the seat belt failed to retract while attempting to unbuckle the seat belt. Neither the dealer nor the manufacturer was notified of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was unknown.
