Summary

MINI: FRONT SAFETY BELT IS TWISTED OR SLOW TO RETRACT. WHEN FRONT SEAT SAFETY BELT RETRACTS INTO THE SIDE PANEL, IT BECOMES TWISTED INSIDE THE PANEL. EVEN WHEN UNTWISTED, THE BELT MAY RETRACT SLOWLY.
