Bought a new 2009 Mini CooperS. Purchased at Global Imports in Atlanta. Drove for a year and a half. Had many problems with this car. Was towed in numerous times. Replaced timing belt, etc. So tired of the problems I traded for a Jeep Grand Cherokee losing money. When purchased bought the extended warranty which I never used because when traded it was still under manufactured warranty. Also Gap insurance was purchased. The car is in the shop again. I have requested my extended warranty and Gap insurance to be refunded. The answer from Global no. Also BMW, no.
I have purchased dozens of new cars and have never had the problems BMW has given me. Any help would be great.
