My Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VIII had only 7,000 miles on it when the Clutch failed !! I have heard of this happening to dozens of people around the country. Some people had their cars fixed free, most have had to pay over $1,000.00 or more to fix it. I have read that some people had only 1,000 miles on their cars when the problem occured.

Please list your complaints here and also at www.mycarstats.com & www.mitubishisucks.com ... Also, send an email to the NHTSA (National Highway Traffic Safety Administration) because they keep records and can assist in getting Mitsubishi to do the right thing. How can you make a $30,000 sports car and the clutches are failing below 10,000 miles.

I also had to pay for a rental car = $350.00, whle they fixed my 7 month old car !!

Remember to please search the web and add complaints in more websites. For example this site only has one complaint while others have 10 or more.
