Moderate to severe vibration of entire vehicle when in park and rps between 1,300 to 1,300 rpms, with ac on or off. Dealer mechanic at first said it could be harmonic dampener or torque converter. Replaced harmonic dampener and that did not fix problem. Took back and when he went to replace torque converter Nissan tech support told him the vibrations were "normal." "On 2009 Armada's the vibration is more noticeable than 2008 Armada's." Trust me, it is NOT normal vibration. Entire vehicle can be felt shaking and NISSAN now claims this is NORMAL.. THEY ARE REFUSING TO HONOR THEIR WARRANTY by claiming the problem is not a problem because they do not know how to fix it. Have had others in the vehicle to confirm my opinion. Even initial service writer and mechanic agreed.
