Bought cabin air filter to change at 45K and after taking the filter plug/door out found empty compartment inside. Instead of replacing the filter i installed the filter and paid from my pocket twice. First time when bought the car and which suppose to have cabin filter as per specs in the website and second time is when i actually bought the filter to install by myself. Contacted Nissan Canada they put the blame on the dealer asked to call them. I called the dealer and they put the blame on Nissan Canada telling that its their problem to install the filter in the factory.
Nissan Canada didnt communicate any further with me about resolving the issue. This clearly means i was charged twice for same item. Very disappointed!!!
