The contact owns a 2011 Nissan Rogue. While driving at 70 mph with the cruise control activated, the vehicle failed to accelerate up a hill. The failure recurred on numerous occasions. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The approximate failure mileage was 65,000. Updated 09/08/15 the consumer stated the dealer advised the transmission was over heating and would require a cooling fan. The fan comes stand in newer models. The manufacturer was notified and refused to assist with the repairs. Updated 12/10/15
