At any time while driving my vehicle that there is a change in speed or direction that causes the driver's weight to shift, there is a loud clunking sound from the driver's seat. I can even sit in the driver's seat and rock back and forth and hear the continual clunking/clicking. I fear the seat is not properly attached to the body frame.
The dealer is looking into this issue today for the first time and I am dreading the answer I will receive from them as I have lost faith in their ability and concern for the customer after the original point of sale. Vehicle purchased with 10 miles on it Jan. 6, 2014 and today has 12,500 miles on it.
