I had two incidents where my brakes automatically ground into the pavement while driving. Both situations could have been fatal. It is unforgivable that Nissan knew about this defect in the braking system, but sold it to consumers anyway without any regard to human life. They need to be held accountable for their negligence!
This problem is extremely dangerous! I was fortunate no other cars were around me when my car suddenly braked while driving about 50 MPH. It could have been a fatal issue if I had been driving at a high speed on the highway surrounded by four lanes of traffic. I have never had the issues I am having with this car from any other Nissan I have owned. This 2018 Nissan is a lemon with only 38,000 miles driven in it. I expected more from Nissan, and certainly not risking my life driving one of their vehicles. Why has this issue not been recalled?
