Summary
FLUID LEAK FROM THE FRONT DIFFERENTIAL CASE ACTUATOR MOTOR SERVICE INFORMATION If the front differential of an APPLIED VEHICLE has a fluid leak from the actuator motor body or threads (Figure 1), replace the actuator motor on the front differential case. DO NOT replace the front differential due to a fluid leak from the actuator motor unless there has been consequential damage due to fluid loss (bearing failure or gear noise) to the front differential.
