Heater Not Working Properly

CarComplaints.com Notes: The 2009 is starting to have the same problems as previous model years, including the headlights blowing out due to bad connectors.

The wiring harness connections aren't a big deal to replace, as long as your dealer or mechanic doesn't charge you an arm & a leg to "diagnose" the problem.

Mom still had warranty on the minivan, plus their was one of the guy in the shop. He worked for Eagle Creek and fixed mom's minivan or tried to fix it. He also had the same problem with his minivan, but got rid of it. They could have told mom, since it was still under warranty, but not. She has had double pneumonia and asthma, so not having a heater working in -40c temperatures is a pain in the a--. She took it to the shop about 4 times, in 2010. They should have told her that one of their guy had the same problem, he got rid of his. She wrote a letter to the company, but still no reply.

If it is cold outside, there is no sense in mom getting in her cold minivan, cause when you are sitting in there. Like outside the mall, the heater starts blowing cold air instead of warm air. So, if it is cold outside, you might as well stand outside. No sense, in cold air blowing on you.

The shop mom takes it too is Eagle Creek Motors Meadow Lake, Saskatchewan. phone number is 1-306-236-4439, the man she deals with is Brian. Please, help us fix this cold problem for my mom. I don't need to lose her in these cold winter months.

please, please, help us with this cold problem, thanks you kindly. Yvette J. Hamrin
