I contacted the local Chevrolet dealership because it should have been covered under warranty and said they would contact the warranty person to find out if it was covered. I dropped the car off and it was supposed to be looked at and they said she was delayed, so I picked up the car and this happened a couple of times. They told me to take it to a paint shop to have it looked at and they said it was caused by bird droppings but it was not left outside the marks are in the paint and clear coat. I have seen other vibes same year with the same marks in the paint. Oh and they said the birds must have eaten berries that caused the droppings to do that to the paint.
