My accelerator peddle has stuck 6 times now. I remove my foot from the gas peddle but car continues to accelerate with foot removed. 2 times I had to put it in neutral but it would rev to 7k RPMs, and I'd have to pull over and shut the car off for a while. Other times I've been able to move the gas peddle up with my foot. I have contacted GM customer service complaint department, and they then sent me to GM dealership to have car evaluated but the dealership didn't find any issues. I had told them that it was sporadic in incidences and, overall, incredibly scary. GM says they can't fix the peddle issue even though it is identical to a previous recall from 2010 recall: 10V024000. 110k miles when incident first occurred. Still not fixed and the issue is still occurring periodically.
