The contact owns a 2009 Pontiac Vibe. While driving various speeds, the check engine, vehicle stability control, all wheel drive, and ABS warning indicators illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer (jones Buick GMC truck located at 1335 manheim pike, lancaster, pa 17601; (717) 394-0711) where it was diagnosed that the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning technology of the indoor and vehicular environment needed to be cleaned. The vehicle was diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was contacted at 888-327-4236 and advised the contact to call NHTSA. Case number: 8-3025152974 was provided. The failure mileage was 92,690.

The contact owns a 2009 Pontiac Vibe. The contact was driving at low speeds in a parking lot when she reversed and crashed into another vehicle. The contact stated the vehicle was in her blind spot. In addition, the contact stated when attempting to change lanes, she was unable to see clearly through the rear view mirrors. The dealer advised the contact to purchase a concave mirror for the vehicle. The contact purchased the mirror yet was still unable to see in her blind spot. The manufacturer would not provide any assistance. The failure and current mileages on the vehicle were 15, 000.

The contact was driving approximately 10 mph, when he proceeded to make a left turn; the exterior driver side mirror was mounted too high causing a blind spot which resulted in poor visibility. The contact stated that the mirror was a manufacturers design flaw. The failure mileage was 800. Updated 07/19/10 updated 07/21/10
