The contact owns a 2010 Pontiac Vibe. The contact was driving 65 mph in rainy weather when the windshield wipers failed. The wipers remained stuck in position for approximately thirty minutes before resuming normal operation. The failure recurred and the wipers remained stuck in position for one hour. The contact was able to secure an appointment with the dealer for repairs. The failure mileage was 7,000 and the current mileage was 7,200.
