Purchased vehicle from a very reputable dealer. Noticed a vibration felt and visible in center console and seats, at speeds between 50-80mph (pretty much all highway speeds). Tires have been balanced and checked. The rear shocks replaced. Driveshaft checked for slack, etc. No noises, just an annoying vibration. I have searched over the internet and found that this is apparently a very common issue.

Having significant vibration in the rear end, everything in the cab vibrates except the steering wheel. my kids don't want to ride in my truck because of the vibration. this has been ongoing for the last month. I thought it might be the tires being worn out/out of balance so I got new tires which did not correct the problem. I had the tires rebalanced which changed nothing. I made goodyear give me 4 new tires thinking this was the problem but it was not the issue. Rebalanced tires again-- no change. rotated tires-- no change. Read several forums and this seems to be a common issue with the dodge ram with no absolute cause and sadly no definitive fix.

Had to go out of town in December. While driving on interstate I noticed the shimmy or vibration from rear end ad I call it. When I came back to town. Had tore rotated and balanced still did not fix problem. Noticed it when I went back out of town. When I came back home.and had a chance to take to dealer. They kept truck 4 weeks and told me it's just the truck. Pick it up. And took to another dealer two weeks later. They kept truck another 4 weeks. Told me they see the vibration in truck. Feel it. But don't know what to do to fix truck. Chrysler is refusing a buy back on truck saying nothing is wrong.
