I have had my truck at 2 separate dealers so far for this problem with nothing solved because they said it did not do it when they test drove it. The problem is at times when I have the cruise control set and I wish to pass someone going slower in right lane I step on the gas pedal and it does not respond. There have been times I had the pedal almost all the way to the floor and still no response. You would think they would change the control module or something. They must think I am making this up. Pretty dangerous when there is a car coming in the left lane and you want to hurry up and pass the slower guy in the right lane so you don't cut in front of the guy in the left lane. You start to go around guy in the right lane assuming that when you step on the gas you will go but there is no response and you have to swing back to the right so you don't cut the guy in the left lane.

Update from Feb 28, 2014: The first dealer was South Oak Dodge, Matteson Il. The next dealer I took it to was Bettenhausen Dodge in Tinley Pk Il. Both dealers told me they could not get the cruise to repeat the problem. I also had 9 other issues that needed to be addressed at Bettenhaussen. Of course they could not find anything on each issue. They had my truck from Thursday evening till Tuesday evening and they did not fix one issue. First time it I ever had to wait 5 days for a car wash.
