My first stop was with the selling dealer. They looked, measured and informed me my truck was within norms.

Not deterred, I went to a larger dealer and submitted a case on RAM.COM. The service folks agreed, the truck leans left and have never seen one do that. So they routed it to the shop and some attempt was made to level the truck without success so the tech called Chrysler. So far, the Ram case manager has received from the techs that the truck is not that far leaning to make it unsafe. It may be safe, but I don't think they want it on their lot for sale.

The folks at the second dealership have been helpful and the RAM case manager is friendly but not helpful. The truck should be level.
