Transmission shift solenoid went bad in my 13 ram.. took 2 weeks to get replacement shift solenoid. Asked service manager why so long? 2016-17 rams have a service bulletin out to replace this exact same part(same part number) they are in high demand. A week after this is fixed a buddy's 14 ram has the exact same issue with exact same part. Call ram customer service and they tell me they can't find a service bulletin for this.. complete bullshit,, they know there is a huge issue with this part but they don't want too spend the money too make it right with their customers.. next truck will be a ford.
